Robert Andrew is presenting two new works in the Aichi Triennale.
His works are presented in Seto City, which is built around a clay quarry said to produce some of the finest ceramic in Japan. Robert’s work brings indigenous knowledge to this site, where earth gets transformed into culture.
This year’s Aichi Triennale is titled 'A time between ashes and roses'. It brings together 54 artists from across the globe and is curated by Hoor Al Qasimi.
This project has been assisted by the Australian Government through Creative Australia, its principal arts investment and advisory body.
